Section 4 discusses the various types of experience learning available to the adult learner in the career college. These experiential activities include externships, field work, field trips, guest speakers, tours, and employment shadowing.

Section 5: The Learning Portfolio
Section 5 discusses a variety of ways to document learning through learning portfolios.
